Depending on the rig you have, you may or may not need this optional mounting bracket. If your rig already comes with a front motor mounting bracket, then you don’t need this mounting bracket. For bottom mounting, you’ll likely need to order this mounting bracket.

Solid construction and adjustability. My wheel deck flexes before this bracket does.
The bracket allows for the mounting holes to be inward facing and outward which helped my line up bolt holes.
The paint finish is also top notch.
